Luxura Uniforms reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Orders must be paid in full before processing and dispatch.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.

3. Custom Orders & Embroidery

Custom-printed or embroidered items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Customers must approve artwork before production; changes after approval may incur additional costs.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 1 days of purchase for non-customized items, provided they are in original condition.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery times apply; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Luxura Uniforms is not liable for shipping delays once the package is handed over to the courier.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.

6. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected for order processing and marketing purposes.

We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

Luxura Uniforms is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions but do not guarantee color or material variations due to screen differences.
