These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Luxura Uniforms website, operated using WooCommerce. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Luxura Uniforms

Luxura Uniforms provides uniforms, apparel, and custom printing services including DTF, embroidery, and one-off custom designs.
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Luxura Uniforms.
References to “you” or “customer” mean any user placing an order through our website.

2. Website Use & Accounts

● You may browse the website without creating an account.

● If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

● You agree to provide accurate and current information at checkout.

● We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused.

3. Products & Availability

● All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

● Product images are for reference only; colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

● We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

4. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

● Custom products are made to order based on customer-supplied details.

● You are responsible for approving:

○ Artwork and logos

○ Sizes and quantities

○ Colours and placement

○ Spelling and content

● Once an order status changes to “Processing” or “Completed”, production has commenced and changes or cancellations are not possible.

● Luxura Uniforms is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

● All prices are displayed in NZD unless stated otherwise.

● Prices may be subject to GST where applicable.

● Payment must be completed at checkout using the available WooCommerce payment methods.

● Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

● We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

6. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

● An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance.

● We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to:

○ Product availability

○ Pricing errors

○ Suspected fraud

● If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Production & Turnaround Times

● Production and dispatch timeframes are estimates only.

● Delays may occur due to artwork revisions, supplier delays, or peak demand.

● Luxura Uniforms is not liable for delays outside our control.

8. Shipping & Delivery

● Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.

● Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

● Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

9. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

● Due to the custom nature of most products, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect.

● Faults or errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

● We may request photos or return of goods for assessment.

● Approved refunds or replacements will be processed via WooCommerce to the original payment method.

10. Customer-Supplied Content

● You confirm you have the legal right to use any logos, designs, or artwork supplied.

● Luxura Uniforms is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-supplied content.

● We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is unlawful or offensive.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Luxura Uniforms unless stated otherwise. Content may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

● To the fullest extent permitted under New Zealand law:

● Luxura Uniforms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

● Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed through the website.

Personal information collected through WooCommerce checkout and accounts is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
