At Luxura Uniforms, we are committed to delivering your uniforms safely, efficiently, and at transparent rates across New Zealand. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide within New Zealand only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and are displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery Rates

Auckland
$9 – Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

North Island (excluding Auckland)
$12.60 – Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

South Island
$16 – Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days

Free Shipping

Free nationwide delivery on all orders over $500.
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when the order value exceeds $500.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Luxura Uniforms is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery if required.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. Luxura Uniforms will not be liable for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

Rural Deliveries

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer than estimated timeframes. Additional rural delivery charges may apply and will be communicated where applicable.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and supporting details. We will work with the courier provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
