At Luxura Uniforms, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers across New Zealand. Below are the details regarding our shipping options, timeframes, and policies.

1. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $7.80 (UP TO 25KGS – WITHIN AUCKLAND)

Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $9.80 (UP TO 25KGS – WITHIN AUCKLAND)

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (New Zealand only) qualify for free shipping.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom orders (including embroidery, printing, or special requests) may take 7-14 business days, depending on design complexity.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment using the provided link.

4. Click & Collect (Pickup Option)

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within New Zealand.

For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number first.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Delivery Address Policy

Please provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay for re-shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
